Steve came fourth in Dragons in the 68 Olympics and won the John Foster Dulles Cup in 1966. One of his Dragons is still in the Vancouver area (Audax, CAN95) and the Dragon he sailed in the 68 Olympics is now in Chicago (Ayin Roe, USA264). There is a nice story around USA264.
